  This is honestly the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to. I have used the pharmacy there several times the regular staff in the pharmacy has no knowledge of how prescriptions are filled and is very argumentative. I had filled two brand new prescriptions that my doctor called in at the pharmacy when I arrived there they stated that they couldn't give me the prescriptions because they were too early to fill I explained to them that they were brand new prescriptions that I had never taken before so there was no way that they could be filled too early the tech at the window continue to argue with me stating that she could not fill them because my insurance stated they were 29 days too early I asked for the manager to resolve the problem somebody that took the time to listen to me and understood that this was impossible that they were too soon to fill. Every time I use the drive-thru there is always the longest wait if there is even one car in front of me . Well so don't bother trying to call the pharmacy because you will be on hold for over 20 minutes .the store however has very helpful employees who are very friendly helpful and pleasant I have also dealt with the store manager before named Laura she is also very wonderful. I have given this Pharmacy plenty of chances and I think it's time to find a new one if you can't handle the amount of prescriptions then maybe you shouldn't take on as many or stop being cheap and hire more staff and actually train them appropriately
